Judy founded Williams Creative Group, Inc. in July 1989, offering public relations and marketing services. Prior to that she served as President of Carter-Williams Public Relations and worked as a broadcast producer for Jack Hodges III Communications. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows, one of only 300+ so recognized in the U.S. She has served as Chairperson of the National Public Relations Network and has also served on the National Public Relations Committee of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s). Judy sold her agency in July 2018 and continues to do consulting work and to follow her passions of working in the areas of race relations and addiction.
